1. About these terms

By creating an account or using Affqik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. The Affqik service
Affqik provides software that helps merchants operate affiliate programs. The service can connect supported WooCommerce and Shopify stores, track affiliate links and coupon codes, attribute orders, calculate commissions, manage affiliate relationships, process payout requests and provide analytics.
Affqik does not hold affiliate funds and does not act as the merchant’s payment agent for affiliate payouts.
3. Merchant accounts
Merchants are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining appropriate access controls for their accounts.
The merchant is responsible for its store, products, offers, affiliate program rules and relationships with affiliates. Merchant approval is required before an affiliate joins a program.
4. Affiliate accounts
Affiliates may join a merchant program only through that merchant’s join link. Affqik does not provide a general marketplace or general affiliate signup.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for complying with the merchant’s program rules.
5. Tracking and commissions
Affqik can attribute purchases through affiliate links and coupon codes. Commission follows the order lifecycle:
- Pending — the order is placed but not yet completed.
- Holding — the order is completed but remains within the refund window.
- Confirmed — the refund window has closed.
- Void — the order was cancelled or refunded.
The merchant determines applicable commission rates and refund-window settings within the supported product functionality.
6. Payouts
Affqik records payout requests and allows merchants to review affiliate UPI information. The merchant is responsible for making the actual affiliate payment.
Affqik does not hold affiliate funds or guarantee the timing of a merchant’s payment.
7. Fees
Affqik charges a 2% platform fee on the order total of confirmed sales attributed through affiliate links or coupon codes. There is no subscription fee, setup fee or monthly minimum. Cancelled and refunded orders do not incur the platform fee.
Billing is through monthly invoices payable by UPI or bank transfer.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not use Affqik for fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, coupon abuse, spam, misleading promotion or other prohibited activity.

9. Suspension and termination
Affqik may suspend or terminate access in accordance with the final agreement and applicable law.
A merchant may also suspend affiliates within its program according to its program rules.
10. Intellectual property
Affqik and its licensors retain applicable rights in the software, branding and related materials. Users retain rights in materials they provide to the service, subject to the permissions required to operate Affqik.
11. Disclaimers
Affqik is provided subject to the final terms agreed between the parties. Specific availability, service levels and warranties should be defined in [PLACEHOLDER: final commercial terms].

13. Governing law
