Affiliate management
How it works in detail
Approve affiliates before they promote
Each store has its own affiliate join link. When someone applies through that link, their request goes to you for approval or rejection. You decide who can promote your brand rather than opening the program to everyone automatically. If an application is rejected, you can also set a cooldown period before that affiliate can apply again.
Set rules for the whole store
Create a store-wide commission rate and shopper discount that provide the default rules for your affiliate program. The commission is what the affiliate earns from an attributed sale, while the shopper discount applies when someone arrives through an affiliate link.
Customise individual affiliates
You can give individual affiliates a custom commission rate and a custom discount instead of using the store-wide settings. You can also create custom tracking link codes and coupon codes for each affiliate, such as PRIYA10 instead of an automatically generated code.
Suspend without losing history
If you need to stop an affiliate from earning, you can suspend them at any time. A reason is required when suspending an affiliate, and that reason is visible to them. A suspended affiliate stops earning but keeps their history and can be reinstated later.
Affiliate management is the first step in the Affqik workflow: create your program rules, share your store's join link, approve affiliates, then track the sales they generate.
How it worksAffiliate management questions
Can't find what you need? Talk to us.
Can I approve affiliates individually?
Yes. Each store has its own join link, and every affiliate application must be approved or rejected by the merchant before the affiliate joins the program.
Can different affiliates have different commission rates?
Yes. You can set one store-wide commission rate and customise the commission rate for individual affiliates.
Can I suspend an affiliate?
Yes. You can suspend an affiliate at any time. A suspension requires a reason, which the affiliate can see. The affiliate stops earning but their history is retained.
Can a rejected affiliate apply again?
Yes. You can set a cooldown period that determines how long a rejected affiliate must wait before applying again.
