Create your Affqik account
Create your merchant account and set up the store you want to run an affiliate program for. You can manage multiple stores from one Affqik account.

Connect your store
Install the Affqik connector for WooCommerce or Shopify, then paste your store's API key. The connector handles tracking, order reporting and affiliate coupon synchronisation.

Set your program rules
Set your store-wide commission rate, shopper discount, refund window and minimum payout threshold. You can also create custom commission rates, discounts and codes for individual affiliates.

Share your join link
Each store gets its own affiliate join link. Share it with creators, influencers or other promoters you want to invite to your program.

Approve affiliates
When someone applies through your store's join link, review the request and approve or reject it. You can also set a cooldown before a rejected affiliate can apply again.

Track sales and commissions
Affqik tracks affiliate links and coupon codes, syncs order status changes and calculates commission as orders move through Pending, Holding, Confirmed or Void.

Review and pay
Affiliates request payouts once their confirmed balance reaches your store's minimum threshold. Review the request, pay the affiliate directly by UPI and mark the payout as paid in Affqik.

Get a brand's join link
Affiliates join a brand's program through that brand's own Affqik join link. There is no general affiliate signup on Affqik.

Register or log in
New affiliates create an account and verify their email. Existing Affqik affiliates can log in or confirm their existing account.

Wait for brand approval
Your application is sent to the brand. The merchant decides whether to approve or reject your request.

Get your tracking details
Once approved, you can use your affiliate tracking link and coupon code to promote the brand. Purchases through your link or coupon are attributed to you.

Watch your commission
Your commissions move through Pending, Holding, Confirmed or Void depending on the order status and the brand's refund window.

Request your payout
When your confirmed balance reaches the store's minimum payout threshold, request a payout. The brand reviews the request and pays you directly by UPI.

The commission lifecycle
Every attributed order moves through four states, so commission always follows what actually happened to the order.
The order has been placed but is not yet completed.
The order is completed but remains inside the merchant's refund window.
The refund window has closed, so the commission is final and withdrawable.
The order was cancelled or refunded, so no commission is earned.
Refund-safe by design: Commission is confirmed only after the refund window closes, so refunded orders do not create payable affiliate commission.

How long does it take to set up an affiliate program?
Affqik is designed so you can connect your store and configure your affiliate program in minutes. Install the WooCommerce plugin or Shopify app, paste your store API key, then set your commission, discount, refund window and payout threshold. After that, you can share your store's join link with affiliates.
How do affiliates join my program?
Affiliates join through your store's dedicated join link. There is no general affiliate signup on Affqik. A new affiliate registers and verifies their email, then submits a request to your program. You review the request and approve or reject the affiliate before they can participate.
How does Affqik track affiliate sales?
Affqik tracks both affiliate links and coupon codes. A link click can be remembered for a later purchase, while a purchase using an affiliate's coupon can be attributed even without a link click. If both apply, the coupon takes priority over an older unrelated affiliate link.
When does an affiliate commission become payable?
A commission becomes Confirmed after the order is completed and the merchant's refund window closes. Confirmed commission contributes to the affiliate's withdrawable balance. The affiliate can then request a payout when their balance reaches the store's minimum payout threshold.
Who pays the affiliate?
The merchant pays the affiliate directly. Affqik does not hold affiliate funds or provide automated payouts. The merchant can view the affiliate's UPI ID or UPI QR code, make the payment directly and then mark the payout as paid in Affqik.
Does Affqik manage everything inside Shopify or WooCommerce?
The Shopify app and WooCommerce plugin are connector-only. You install the connector and provide the store API key, while affiliate settings, approvals, commission rules, payout requests and analytics are managed in Affqik rather than inside your store platform.
