How it works in detail

Follow the commission lifecycle

Every attributed order moves through four clear states. Pending means the order has been placed but is not yet completed. Holding means the order is completed but remains inside your refund window. Confirmed means the refund window has closed and the commission is final. Void means the order was cancelled or refunded and no commission is earned.

Set your refund window

Your refund window determines how long a completed order remains in Holding before its commission can become Confirmed. The refund window is mandatory and must be at least one day. Once the window closes without a refund, the commission becomes part of the affiliate's withdrawable confirmed balance.

Set a payout threshold

Each store has a minimum payout threshold. Affiliates can request a payout once their confirmed balance reaches that store's minimum. This gives you a consistent rule for when payout requests become eligible while keeping the actual payment under your control.

Approve and pay payout requests

Affiliates request payouts through Affqik, and merchants approve or reject each request. When approved, the merchant pays the affiliate directly using their UPI ID or UPI QR code, then marks the payout as paid. Affqik records the payout but never holds the affiliate's money.

Commissions and payouts take the attributed orders from tracking through confirmation, then give merchants and affiliates a clear record of what is eligible to be paid.

When does an affiliate commission become confirmed?

A commission becomes Confirmed after the order has been completed and the merchant's refund window has closed. Until then, a completed order remains in the Holding state. If the order is cancelled or refunded, its commission becomes Void.

What is the refund window?

The refund window is the number of days a completed order must remain without a refund before its commission becomes Confirmed. It is mandatory and must be at least one day.

When can an affiliate request a payout?

An affiliate can request a payout when their confirmed balance for a store reaches that store's minimum payout threshold. The merchant then reviews the request and approves or rejects it.

Does Affqik pay affiliates automatically?

No. Affqik never holds affiliate funds and does not provide automated payouts or a payment gateway. The merchant pays the affiliate directly by UPI and then records the payout in Affqik.
