Affqik is designed with account controls, email verification and merchant approval at the centre of the affiliate workflow.
What we store
- Account and profile information needed to operate Affqik.
- Store and affiliate program information.
- Affiliate tracking and attribution information.
- Commission and payout records.
- UPI ID and UPI QR information provided by affiliates.
What we don't do
- Hold affiliate funds.
- Operate a wallet that stores affiliate money.
- Provide automated payout processing.
Account security
Secure password hashes
Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than plain-text passwords.
Email verification
New affiliate accounts verify their email before proceeding.
Account suspension
A suspended account is immediately locked from the applicable workflow.
Merchant approval
Affiliates do not automatically join a brand. Merchants approve every affiliate request.
Data protection
Affqik is designed to handle account, store, affiliate, attribution and payout-related information with appropriate controls. Our data practices are being documented in line with applicable Indian requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for details.
