1. Scope
This policy concerns refunds and cancellations relating to the Affqik platform fee.
2. Platform fee
Affqik charges a 2% platform fee on the order total of confirmed affiliate sales.
The platform fee applies only when an attributed order becomes Confirmed after the merchant’s refund window closes.
3. Cancelled and refunded orders
Cancelled and refunded orders do not incur the Affqik platform fee.
Where an order becomes Void because it was cancelled or refunded before confirmation, no platform fee is charged for that order.
4. Merchant subscription charges
Affqik does not charge a subscription fee, setup fee or monthly minimum under the stated pricing model.
5. Invoice adjustments
