1. Joining a program
Affiliates join a merchant program only through that merchant’s join link. There is no general affiliate signup on Affqik.
New affiliates register and verify their email before submitting their application.
2. Merchant approval
Joining a program is subject to merchant approval. A merchant may reject, suspend or reinstate an affiliate according to its program rules.
3. Promotion
Affiliates are responsible for promoting merchants accurately and complying with applicable laws and each merchant’s program requirements.
Fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, coupon abuse, spam and misleading promotion are prohibited.
4. Attribution
Affqik can attribute sales through affiliate links and coupon codes.
A coupon can receive attribution even when there was no affiliate link click. Where an applicable coupon and an older unrelated link both exist, the coupon takes priority.
5. Commission lifecycle
Commissions move through Pending, Holding, Confirmed and Void.
Pending means the order has been placed but is not yet completed.
Holding means the order is completed but remains inside the merchant’s refund window.
Confirmed means the refund window has closed and the commission is final.
Void means the order was cancelled or refunded and no commission is earned.
6. Payouts
An affiliate can request a payout after reaching the applicable store’s minimum payout threshold.
The merchant reviews the request and makes the actual payment directly by UPI. Affqik does not hold affiliate funds.
7. Affiliate information
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account and payout information accurate, including their UPI ID or QR code.
8. Multiple brands
One Affqik affiliate account may work with multiple brands. Each merchant relationship remains separate.
9. Suspension
An affiliate may be suspended by a merchant. The applicable merchant rules and suspension reason should be communicated according to the product workflow.
