Monthly invoice
Affqik generates an invoice for confirmed platform fees.

Pay the invoice by UPI or bank transfer.

Follow the due date
The invoice includes its payment due date.

If payment is overdue
A reminder is shown 5 days after the due date. If the invoice remains unpaid 15 days after its due date, the account and affiliate programs are paused until payment is recorded. They are restored automatically once payment is recorded.

What counts as an affiliate sale?
An affiliate sale is an order attributed to an affiliate through their tracking link or coupon code. Affqik's 2% platform fee applies to the order total of confirmed affiliate sales. The fee is separate from the commission rate you choose to pay the affiliate.
Are refunded orders charged?
No. Affqik charges its platform fee only on confirmed orders. Cancelled and refunded orders do not incur the platform fee because they do not become confirmed affiliate sales.
When am I billed?
You are billed through a monthly invoice for confirmed platform fees. The invoice contains the applicable amount and due date. Payment can be made by UPI or bank transfer.
How can I pay my Affqik invoice?
Affqik invoices can be paid by UPI or bank transfer. The platform fee is invoiced monthly based on confirmed affiliate sales rather than through a recurring subscription charge.
What does Affqik cost if I have zero affiliate sales?
The Affqik platform fee is ₹0 when you have no confirmed affiliate sales. There is no subscription fee or monthly minimum.
