2. Fraudulent clicks
Users must not generate artificial, fraudulent or misleading clicks to create affiliate attribution or commissions.
3. Self-referrals
Affiliates must not use their own affiliate links or coupons to create prohibited self-referrals or manipulate commission attribution.
4. Coupon abuse
Users must not misuse affiliate coupon codes, create deceptive offers or intentionally manipulate coupon attribution.
5. Spam
Affiliates must not use Affqik tracking links or coupon codes for unlawful spam or unsolicited promotional activity.
6. Misleading promotion
Affiliate promotions must accurately represent the merchant, product, offer and applicable conditions.
7. Other prohibited activity
Users must not attempt to interfere with Affqik, gain unauthorised access, compromise another account, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
8. Enforcement
Affqik may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, subject to the final agreement and applicable law.
