Refund-safe by design

Follow every commission from order to payout

Affqik keeps commission tied to the real order status, so you know what is pending, what is confirmed and what can be paid.

    The commission is Pending while the order has not yet been completed.

What is Affqik?

Affqik is an affiliate program platform for Indian e-commerce brands using Shopify or WooCommerce. You connect your store, set program rules, approve affiliates, track sales through links and coupons, calculate commission and manage payout requests. Affiliates can promote your products and earn commission when their attributed orders are confirmed.

Which platforms does Affqik support?

Affqik currently supports WooCommerce and Shopify through a connector-only plugin or app. You install the connector, paste your store's API key, and manage settings, affiliates, payouts and reporting in Affqik. The connector tracks affiliate clicks, reports order status changes, and creates and syncs affiliate coupon codes.

How does Affqik pricing work?

Affqik has no subscription, setup fee or monthly minimum. It charges a 2% platform fee on the order total of confirmed sales attributed through an affiliate link or coupon. There is no fee on cancelled or refunded orders. Confirmed fees are billed monthly by invoice, payable by UPI or bank transfer.

What happens when an order is refunded?

An order moves through Pending and Holding before commission becomes Confirmed. If the order is cancelled or refunded, its commission becomes Void. Affqik's platform fee is also charged only on confirmed orders, so cancelled or refunded orders do not create a platform fee.

How do affiliates join a program?

Affiliates join a brand only through that brand's join link. There is no general affiliate signup on Affqik. A new affiliate registers, verifies their email and waits for the brand to approve the request. Existing Affqik affiliates can log in or confirm their account when joining another brand.

How are affiliates paid?

Affiliates request a payout when their confirmed balance reaches the store's minimum payout threshold. The merchant reviews and approves or rejects the request, then pays the affiliate directly. Affiliates provide their UPI ID or UPI QR code, and the merchant marks the payout as paid after completing the payment.

How quickly can I set up Affqik?

Affqik is designed to get your affiliate program live in minutes. Create your Affqik store, install the WooCommerce plugin or Shopify app, paste your store's API key, set your program rules and share your store's affiliate join link with potential affiliates.

Does Affqik hold affiliate money?

No. Affqik never holds affiliate funds and does not provide a payment gateway or automated payouts. Merchants pay affiliates directly by UPI. Affqik tracks what is owed, manages payout requests and approvals, and keeps the payout record for the program.
