How it could look in practice
Imagine a fictional D2C skincare brand that works with several Instagram creators. Instead of maintaining a separate spreadsheet for each creator, the brand gives approved creators individual tracking links and coupon codes. A shopper arriving through a creator's link receives the configured discount automatically. Another shopper can use the creator's coupon without clicking the link. Can D2C brands use both affiliate links and coupons?
Yes. Affqik supports both affiliate tracking links and coupon codes. Link clicks can be remembered for later purchases, while a purchase using an affiliate coupon can be attributed even without a link click.
Can I give different creators different commission rates?
Yes. A store can have a global commission rate while individual affiliates can have custom commission rates. The same approach is available for shopper discounts.
Does Affqik protect against refunded commissions?
Yes. Commission remains in Holding during the configured refund window and becomes Confirmed only after that window closes. Cancelled or refunded orders become Void.
How do I pay creators?
The merchant pays creators directly by UPI. Affqik shows the affiliate's UPI ID or QR code, handles payout requests and records the payment, but does not hold the funds.
