Affiliate Tracking for Your WooCommerce Store

Install the Affqik plugin, paste your API keys, and every affiliate link, coupon and order flows into Affqik automatically.

W

A connector that does three things well

Tracks affiliate clicks

When a shopper arrives through an affiliate link, the plugin remembers the visit for 30 days, so a later purchase is still credited to the right affiliate.

Reports every order change

Orders are reported to Affqik as they move through processing, completed, cancelled and refunded, so commission always follows what actually happened to the order.

Syncs affiliate coupons

Each affiliate's coupon code is created in WooCommerce for you and kept up to date when you change a code or discount in Affqik.

Setup

Live in a few minutes

  1. 1

    Create your store in Affqik

Sign up, add your store and set your commission rate, affiliate discount and refund window.

  2. 2

    Install the plugin

Upload and activate the Affqik plugin from your WordPress admin, like any other plugin.

  3. 3

    Paste your API keys

Copy the public and secret keys from your store page in Affqik into the plugin's settings. Your store shows as Active once it connects.

That's the last thing you need to do in WordPress. Everything else happens in Affqik.

How sales are credited

When a shopper clicks an affiliate link, the plugin stores a 30-day tracking cookie. At checkout, that affiliate's discount is applied automatically, so the shopper never has to type a code. It is never stacked on top of a coupon the shopper has already applied, and if they remove it, it stays removed. A shopper who types an affiliate's coupon code is credited to that affiliate even without a link click, and the coupon takes priority over an older link visit. Every status change is reported, so a cancelled or refunded order never earns commission.

WooCommerce integration questions

Can't find what you need? Talk to us.

Do I manage my affiliate program inside WordPress?

No. The plugin is a connector only. After you paste your API keys, there is nothing else to manage in WordPress. Affiliate approvals, commission rates, discounts, payouts and analytics all live in Affqik, so your WordPress admin stays uncluttered and your program is managed in one place.

Will the plugin slow down my store?

The plugin is deliberately lightweight. It sets a tracking cookie when a shopper arrives through an affiliate link, applies the affiliate's discount at checkout and reports order status changes to Affqik. It adds no admin dashboards, widgets or front-end scripts beyond what attribution needs.

What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?

The plugin reports every status change to Affqik, including cancellations and refunds. A cancelled or refunded order becomes Void, so no commission is earned on it and no platform fee is charged. Commission is only confirmed once your refund window closes after the order is completed.

Do I need to create affiliate coupons in WooCommerce myself?

No. Affqik creates each affiliate's coupon in WooCommerce automatically and keeps the discount in sync. If you give an affiliate a custom code, the new coupon is created and the old one is removed, so each affiliate only ever has one live coupon in your store.

Can shoppers combine an affiliate discount with another coupon?

The plugin never stacks or overwrites coupons. If a shopper already has a coupon applied, the affiliate discount is not added automatically. If the shopper removes an auto-applied affiliate discount, it is not re-applied during that session. The order can still be credited through the affiliate's link.
